HTMT on expansion drive

MUMBAI: HTMT on Wednesday said it was actively looking out for acquisition opportunities in BPO space & IT Services segment to increase its domain expertise, geographical presence and customer base.

As a step towards adopting a global delivery model, HTMT had acquired majority control in Customer Contact Centre Inc (c3), a Philippines-based call centre company.

"With c3, HTMT has now three offshore delivery centres in two countries. We are now looking to consolidate our presence in onshore centres like New York, US,'' said a press release quoting Mr K. Thiagarajan, Chief Operating Officer.
