Our Bureau

Chennai , Sept. 30

XLRI Jamshedpur has set October 2 as the deadline for `Lekh,' an international paper-writing competition that it conducts annually.

According to a press release from XLRI, the competition is open to students in management schools across South Asia. Over the last five years the competition has offered students an opportunity to present research articles on the status and trends in business.

There is no restriction on the topics for submission except for five broad categories, which are: marketing, strategy, finance, systems/ operations and human resources.

The entries are based on originality of thought, empirical work done and practical orientation. The authors of the top five entries in each category will be invited to XLRI to make a presentation before a panel of judges.
