A theme store of a different kind

Hyderabad , Sept. 30

TARGETING the burgeoning furnishing market, Innerspace, promoted as a destination store building on concept selling, was commissioned by a member of the Sanghi group.

Spread across 50,000 sq.ft, Innerspace offers crafted furniture and prefers to stay away from the modern trendy stuff, which is often neglected by the existing shops, according to Ms Reeta Sanghi, its Managing Director.

Speaking to newspersons here after the soft launch of the mega theme store, Ms Sanghi, a second generation entrepreneur from the house of Sanghis, said that the large theme store offers the advantage of actually designing a dining room, drawing room or a bedroom, before buying the furniture items. This provides the advantage for the discerning to actually experience the product, visualise the layout before buying it.

"Having a dedicated manufacturing base in Haryana, we are in a position to offer people the best materials and right designs, which could be custom-designed for individual requirements. We have strategically positioned these products such that even middle class families could afford them. While the city has witnessed rapid expansion of such large format theme stores, we believe there exists a gap that caters to the discerning," she said.
