Mergers & Acquisitions Logistics - Software FourSoft to acquire Dutch logistics firm Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Oct. 1 FOURSOFT Ltd, a Hyderabad-based software services provider for the transportation and logistics sector, has signed a stock purchase agreement for acquisition of 100 per cent stock of Cargo Mate, a Netherlands-based software development company engaged in freight forwarding and transportation industry. The actual purchase and sale of shares shall take place within 17 days from date of signing of stock purchase agreement. The company had earlier in the day, intimated to the BSE about the acquisition of a Dutch firm. When contacted, a company spokesperson told Business Line that the Dutch firm Cargo Mate has been acquired for 1.2 million euros. However, other details will be available only after the company Managing Director, Mr Palem Srikanth Reddy, returns from Europe after finalising the acquisition of the firm, he added.
