LSF Network to acquire stake in Genessee Tech

LSF Network would have the option to acquire the remaining ownership interest in Genessee Tech that it does not own within the next two years.

Hyderabad , Oct. 3

LSF Network Inc, an online marketing and support services provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire a significant stake in Genessee Tech, an Indian outsourcing company having a development centre in Hyderabad.

The Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Genessee Tech, Mr Sravan Kumar Paka, told Business Line that with this move to acquire stake in Genessee Tech, the LSF co-founder, Mr Rao Adavikolanu, will join LSF as its Chief Technical Officer.

This agreement will enable LSF Network to expand its production resources required to meet the increasing online traffic and manage performance- based online customer acquisition along with retention programmes. Mr Paka said LSF Network would have the option to acquire the remaining ownership interest in Genessee Tech within the next two years.
