Granules plans pref allotment

GRANULES India Ltd has informed the stock exchanges on Monday that it proposes to offer on a private placement or preferential allotment basis up to 2.25 lakh equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each to Mr Allwyn D'souza at Rs 89 per share.

The company also proposes to raise the borrowing limit to Rs 150 crore.

An extraordinary general meeting of the company would be held on October 20 to seek the approval of the shareholders, the company said.
