BANGALORE: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's board of directors would hold a meeting on October 13 to take on record the financial results for the quarter ended September 30.

Additionally TCS also informed the exchange that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot for offer, issue, and allotment of shares under an Employee Share Purchase Scheme, allotment of 18,27,400 equity shares of Re 1 each has been made on September 29.
