Alok Ind CP rating reaffirmed

MUMBAI: Alok Industries Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Exchange that Fitch Ratings India Pvt Ltd affirmed the `F1(ind)' rating for its Rs 40-crore commercial paper programme.

This rating is valid up to a maximum period of 12 months. Further Credit Analysis & Research Ltd have assigned a `PR 1' rating for the company's proposed issue of non-convertible debentures of Rs 20 crore. This rating is also valid for one year.
