Private Banks Catholic Syrian Bank opens zonal office in Delhi Our Bureau
Kochi Oct. 20 AS a prelude to opening more branches in North India and to strengthen the existing monitoring mechanism of the north Indian branches, the Catholic Syrian Bank has opened its zonal office in New Delhi. The bank's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr N.R. Achen, inaugurated the new zonal office. The existing branches of the bank in West Bengal, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Punjab and Rajasthan will come under the purview of the new zone. The bank is in the final stages for opening branches in Bhopal, Dwaraka in Delhi, Gurgaon, Julundhar and Bhubaneswar under the new zone, according to an official press release. The bank also has plans to open branches in Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi and Salt Lake City in Kolkata.
