ICICI Bank plans more branches in AP

HYDERABAD: The ICICI Bank would open seven more branches in Andhra Pradesh by the end of this fiscal, taking the total number to 34.

Mr Vaikunt R. Prabhu, Regional Head of the bank, told newsmen here on Wednesday, that the new branches would come up at Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Kurnool and Kakinada. The bank's ATM network would go up to 175 from 157 by the year-end.

The bank opened four more branches in the city at A S Rao Nagar, Mehdipatnam, Charminar and Dilsukhnagar on Wednesday.
