College infrastructure seminar in Mangalore

MANGALORE: Systems adopted by any organisation should be suitable to meet its requirements in future, according to Mr Sriram S.R., Human Resources Manager, Infosys, Mangalore. He was inaugurating a workshop on "Building learning organisations and balanced score card", organised by Srinivas College of P.G. Management Studies, in Mangalore on Wednesday.

He said his organisation has perfected a well-defined process and system to ensure smooth functioning.

Mr A. Raghavendra Rao, President of A. Shama Rao Foundation, who presided over the function, said that private colleges have the capabilities to provide superior infrastructure to students. Dr P.S. Aithal, Principal of the college, welcomed the gathering. Mr A.Srinivasa Rao, Vice-President of A. Shama Rao Foundation, and Ms Shashikala R. Rao, secretary, were present on the occasion.
