Rubber futures rule steady

THE domestic spot rubber market remained closed on Monday on account of a hartal announced by the BJP.

According to sources, widespread overnight rains all over the plantations might dominate the market mood in the days ahead.

NMCE futures turned steady on Monday as activities were dull . The November delivery was quoted at Rs 54.50 (Rs 54.39), December delivery at Rs 55.05 (Rs 54.93), January delivery at Rs 56.00 (Rs 56.02) and February delivery at Rs 57.00 (Rs 57.04) per kg for RSS 4.
