Dhanalakshmi Bank to open seasonal branch at Sabarimala

DHANALAKSHMI Bank, the official bankers to the Travancore Devaswom Board, will open seasonal branches at Sabarimala, Pampa and Erumeli. All three branches will start functioning from November 16 as per the permission received from the Reserve Bank of India.

Branches have been authorised to issue demand drafts up to an amount of Rs 10,000 free of charge. These drafts can be encashed at any of the three branches.

The networked offsite ATM of the bank at Sannidhanam will go live in a few days, a press release from the bank said. The cards issued by members of the Cashnet Network will also be accepted at the ATM at Sannidhanam.
