AXN, the action and adventure channel, is planning to launch a half-hour series, Hong Kong Bollywood Movie Odyssey, which will present Hong Kong locations, which have featured in Bollywood movies.

The programme is supported by Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). The programme anchored by Miss World 1997 Ms Diana Hayden will also feature other Bollywood celebrities Zayed Khan, Amrita Arora, Priyanka Chopra and Tusshar Kapoor.

Some of Hong Kong locations have featured in films such as Company, Naam, Johar Mehmood in Hong Kong and Gumrah.

"The Hong Kong Bollywood Movie Odyssey will showcase how truly unique Hong Kong is, not just through the eyes of its locals, but through the eyes of the very people who have captured the city's essence on camera over the years in both Hong Kong and Bollywood films," Mr Gregory Ho, Vice President - Marketing and Creative Services, AXN Asia, said.
