BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies has announced that it has been awarded the "HP IPv6-Ready Solution Partner" certification at the International Tandem Users Group (ITUG) Summit 2004, held in San Jose, California.

"IPv6 is the next generation Internet Protocol, and as corporations move from IPv4 to IPv6-based networks, they are faced with the challenge of migrating their existing applications" said Mr Christopher Rooke, Vice-President, Marketing and Non-Stop Solutions, HP. "This award is recognition of Wipro's understanding of IPv6 and expertise on the HP Non-stop platform."
