GTL to mull share allotment tomorrow

MUMBAI: GTL Ltd's board will meet on December 23 to consider allotment of 7,24,112 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium in terms of the offer document to foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB) holders, consequent upon the exercise of right for option to convert FCCBs worth Swiss franc 20,00,000. The company has informed the stock exchanges of this.
