THE Managing Director of Surana Telecom Ltd, Mr Narender Surana, on behalf of persons acting in concert, sold 693,218 equity shares aggregating 6.13 per cent of the company's share capital from November 24 to December 22, through open market sales.

Consequently, the shareholding of Mr Narender Surana along with the other persons acting in concert after the said sale is 6,685,762 shares aggregating 59.15 per cent of the company's share capital.
