CHENNAI: The Chennai-based K9 Technologies has signed an agreement with China International Science and Technology Cooperation Centre, an outfit of Zhahai Municipal Government and Zhuhai Software Industry Association.

The agreement envisages K9 Technologies to provide training on technical writing and outsourced documentation services, according to a press release issued by the company, which is engaged in technical writing and documentation services.
