Versant Tech sets up centre at Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Versant Technologies Inc, a systems integrator headquartered in Illinois, US, has set up its India development centre in Hyderabad.

To be part of Versant Technologies Pvt Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, the centre would have a team of 20 professionals; plans are to expand the number to 100 by the end of 2005.

According to the CEO, Mr Chennapa Naidu Darapaneni, the centre would focus on expanding global capabilities of enterprise application integration. Solutions targeted to healthcare, automobile, insurance, telecommunication and retail sectors would be pursued.
