REMI to train power sector representatives

Mumbai , Feb. 3

THE Union Ministry of Power and American agency, USAID, have asked Reliance Energy Management Institute (REMI) to conduct training programmes under the Distribution and Reform, Upgrades and Management (DRUM) project.

REMI has been chosen to conduct around 10 training programmes as part of a programme to help over 25,000 energy sector professionals to cope with changes in the power sector, a news release said. The training project is collaboration between the United States Agency for International Trade and its part CORE International.
