Events `Postal adalat' this month for Thiruvananthapuram divisions Our Bureau
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The `Postal adalat' for the Thiruvananthapuram North and South divisions will be held during this month. An official spokesman said here that complaints relating to postal services in these divisions should be sent to the Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices (Public Grievances), Customer Care Centre, GPO Complex, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin: 695001, latest by Saturday. The cover should be superscribed, `Postal Adalat'. Only those complaints already filed at the Customer care centres or at the Division level would be considered. Common complaints on postal services and fresh complaints would not be taken up.
