Thiruvananthapuram , Feb. 6

THE State Government has launched a Web site (www.keralacm.gov.in) to make the Chief Minister's mass contact programme more transparent and efficient.

All information on the measures initiated after the mass contact programme will be available in the Web site. Besides, new complaints can be posted on it, according to an official statement.

Non-resident Indians can send their messages and complaints through the site. Information on the follow-up action on the complaints received through the `Transparent Kerala' programme will be available.

Another feature of the site is that the audio recording of the Chief Minister's Cabinet briefing will be available online immediately.

The details of the Government's new policies, decisions, action plans and projects will also be posted. There will be an arrangement for giving an advance notice of the Chief Minister's various engagements.
