Odyssey Tech warrants

CHENNAI: Odyssey Technologies Ltd, the Chennai-based software firm, has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors has approved the allotment of 11.50 lakh share warrants of Rs 14 each.

The warrants carry an option for conversion into equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up at a premium of Rs 4 per share in one or more tranches, within a period of not exceeding 18 months.
