Take Solutions buys US co

CHENNAI: Take Solutions, a Chennai-based business and technology solutions company in supply chain management, has acquired the New Jersey-based 4BSoft, an IT consulting and services company, for $1 million in an all-cash deal.

This acquisition would enable Take Solutions to strengthen its competence in data warehousing and business intelligence, according to a company press release.

4BSoft, which was founded by Mr Krish Vaidyanathan, employs around 25 people. It offers solutions and services in Web-based development and e-Commerce using Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and Java technologies to clients in pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors, the release said.
