Private Banks Karnataka Bank plans e-banking facilities Our Bureau
Mangalore , Feb. 9 KARNATAKA Bank Ltd is planning to introduce Internet banking and Visa debit cards, said Mr Anantakrishna, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. A bank release said here on Wednesday that he was addressing the regional heads at the review conference in Mangalore on Tuesday. Mr Anantakrishna said that services catering to the demands of customers should be introduced. He urged bank executives to concentrate on stability, strength and systems to consolidate growth. The bank is also planning to open 14 new branches by the end of the current fiscal and increase the number of ATMs to 100 by the end of December, he added.
