2 NBFC licences cancelled

HYDERABAD: The RBI has cancelled the certificate of registration issued to Maanasa Auto Finance Private Limited, the Hyderabad-based non-banking financial institution having its registered office at Malakpet here for carrying on the business of an NBFC. In a press release, the RBI Manager, Mr P.V. Sadanandan, said the apex bank cancelled the licence of the company under powers conferred by the RBI Act, 1934.

The RBI has also cancelled the certificate of registration issued to M.G. Kalyan Leafin & Investments Limited, another Hyderabad-based non-banking financial institution located at Narayanaguda here, for carrying the activities of an NBFC.
