Innosoft to diversify into infrastructure, to allot shares to Seven Hills

Hyderabad , Feb. 21

INNOSOFT Technologies has announced its decision to diversify into infrastructure and its plans to allot one million shares to Seven Hills Capital Management based in California on a preferential basis at Rs 10 per share with a lock-in period of one year.

Following a meeting of its board of directors held here on February 19, they informed the BSE that the company approved plans to diversify into infrastructure projects.

To facilitate this, the company would also amend the main objects clause of memorandum of association of the company.
