MS India workshop

NEW DELHI: Microsoft Corporation India on Friday announced that it would host a security workshop along with Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) on March 2.

"Targeted at Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers in Government and the industry at large, the workshop is aimed at helping the audience understand the various aspects of security policy — products, people and processes," a Microsoft statement said here.

The workshop would cover a range of topics including — tenets of a secure connected infrastructure, perimeter security, and securing the desktop among other issues.
