Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Comfort Inn Grand, a city hotel operated by Floatels India Pvt Ltd, has announced the opening of Buddha's Delight, a restaurant that serves only vegetarian Chinese cuisine. Certain ingredients used in the restaurant, including items such as tofu and some sauces, are imported from Singapore to ensure that dishes provide an authentic Chinese flavour, said Mr M.R. Narayanan, Managing Director, Floatels India Pvt Ltd.

The company is also looking at setting up similar restaurants across the country, but this will depend on the response to Thiruvananthapuram outlet.
