Sybly Ind gets Rs 3.5-cr order from Turkey

MUMBAI: Sybly Industries Ltd, manufacturer of polyester yarn and mercerised cotton yarn, has received from Turkey a Rs 3.5-crore order for supply of dyed and grey polyester/PV yarn. Sybly Industries recently also received a Rs 5.4-crore order for supply of dyed and grey polyester/PV yarn to Turkey.

The company has an annual capacity of 1,125 tonnes of cord yarn and plans to expand and modernise its textile unit at Muradnagar in Ghaziabad. This will increase the output by 25 per cent or 780 tonnes per annum and is expected to reduce the cost of production by 20 per cent.

The company also plans to double its number of spindles. The orders for the machines have been placed with Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd, Coimbatore.
