A view of the Rajiv Gandhi Container Terminal to be taken over by Dubai Ports International on April 2 as part of the Vallarpadam Container Transhipment Terminal project of the Kochi Port. The terminal will be known by the name India Gateway Terminal Pvt Ltd, a company floated by Dubai Ports. It is pointed out that the bidder will operate the terminal with the existing set-up for a month and later on make its own arrangements.
