Idea rewards loyal customers

NEW DELHI: Idea Cellular Ltd disbursed talk time worth Rs 2.8 crore to 14 lakh pre-paid customers across its eight circles under the customer loyalty programme launched in December 2004 called Lifetime Idea.

The programme allows bonus talk time to its customers depending upon how long the customer stayed on the Idea network. With every recharge of Rs 324 or higher, a subscriber will get extra talk time that gets automatically credited into his account.
