Chamber, CIOL seminar today

Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Chambers of Commerce and Industry - Thiruvananthapuram and CIOL, part of the Cyber Media Group of Publications are jointly hosting a one-day seminar on "Information technology for business benefit" here on Wednesday.

This is as part of the CIOL initiative for small and midsize (SMB) companies, a Chamber spokesman said here. The CIOL SMB Forum seeks to recognise organisations, which have implemented IT to derive business benefits, by presenting the "IT Power User" award.

The Forum provides a common platform that brings together industry experts and business heads of growing industries in the country.

It enables them to leverage IT for expanding businesses by deploying robust solutions. CIOL will act as the exchange platform between users of IT and system vendors.
