Thiruvananthapuram Telecom bags award for phone system

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Urban Telecom System has been selected as the best-maintained telephone system in the country. According to an official press note, this is the third year in succession that the Thiruvananthapuram Urban Telecom System has won the award. The award will be presented during a function to be held in New Delhi on May 17 to mark World Telecom Day, the release adds.
