Kolkata-based jeweller ties up with IGI

Kolkata , May 11

CITY-based jeweller, B.S. Sethia & Sons, has tied up with the International Gemmological Institute (IGI) for offering certified products to customers.

The tie-up will allow buyers access to IGI-certified jewellery. IGI, it is pointed out, is an independent gem certification and appraisal body, which issues a multitude of reports annually. The user community comprises, among others, retail outlets run by jewellers and insurers. Consumers in Kolkata, a market that is quickly expanding in terms of volumes, are increasingly becoming conscious of quality.
