CSC in deal with AMP Sanmar

BANGALORE: Computer Sciences Corporation said on Thursday that AMP Sanmar Life Insurance Co Ltd has signed a new three-year contract valued at $4.5 million. CSC, which has been providing IT services to AMP Sanmar since February 2002, will continue to provide infrastructure support services to the life insurance company, said a company press release.

Under the new contract, CSC's services will include managing the centralised data centre in Chennai; establishing a central help-desk based in Chennai; and procuring and managing of file & print servers, managing the enterprise LAN & WAN, desktop and laptop of more than 90 branches across India.
