Tata Tele wireless market share at 28 pc

TATA Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) has increased its wireless market share from eight per cent in January this year to 28 per cent this April.

Its cumulative market share in the CDMA wireless segment was 24 per cent, said Mr Vinayak Deshpande, President (Operations).

This is going by the figures provided by the Cellular Operators Association for India (and the Association of Unified Service Providers of India.

The company's subscriber base has crossed the 4-million mark. It has achieved an incremental market share of 16 per cent in the wireless market.
