Kolkata , May 15

SERVION Global Solutions, which provides contact optimisation solutions, proposes to target emerging markets with a view to expanding its business. It is also likely to come out with an IPO in 15-18 months.

The company plans to tap opportunities surfacing in various industries, including a few that are coming up in centres such as Kolkata.

Mr Naresh Vasudevan, Senior Vice-President, said that Servion has created a contact optimisation model that enables mapping of customer contact.

The Chennai-based company also proposes to start a multi-city seminar series called The Customer Interaction Conclave.

"With the local Government encouraging sunshine industries in the State, Kolkata is expected to emerge as a good market for us."
