HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, has reiterated the Government's commitment for provision of 5 per cent quota for Muslim minorities in education and employment sectors.

According to an official release, the Chief Minister asserted that the Backward Classes Commission would present its report by the end of this month and things would fall in place by the forthcoming academic year.

Dr Reddy maintained that had the Government took steps in a more organised way, it would have fulfilled its commitment a couple of months ago.
