IT-enabled Services Info-Tech - Financial Performance Allsec Q4 net at Rs 3.81 cr Our Bureau
Chennai , May 18 ALLSEC Technologies Ltd, the Chennai-based provider of call centre support services, has reported a net profit of Rs 3.81 crore on revenues of Rs 15.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, according to a statement of the consolidated financial results. Staff cost was Rs 7.13 crore, operating expenditure Rs 2.02 crore and other expenditure Rs 2.20 crore. For the 12 months ended March 31, 2005, the company reported a net profit of Rs 11.54 crore on revenues of Rs 57.76 crore. The results include the consolidated results of the subsidiary, Allsectech Inc. During the year under review, the company allotted 37.85-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each on conversion of compulsorily convertible preference shares issued in 2002.
