Cashew kernels on sale on a Kochi street. Cashew exports have increased 25.62 per cent with the current export figure standing at 1,26,667 tonnes worth Rs 2,709.24 crore against 1,00,828 tonnes last year. Major buyers are the US, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada and West Asian countries.
