Ryu, Director, Telecom Business, Samsung, at the launch of its lightest GSM handsets with FM Radio at a press conference in Bangalore on Thursday. C230, which comes with a digital stereo FM radio, is priced at Rs 6,249, while X640, which is an entry-level camera phone, is priced at Rs 8,699 .
