L&T bags NHAI order

MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro has won a contract valued at Rs 278 crore from the National Highways Authority of India.

This is an Asian Development Bank-funded project involving upgrading and four-laning of a 70-km section of National Highway-76 in Rajasthan, said a news release from the company.

This is the second phase of the National Highway Development programme of NHAI. It will significantly enhance the link to Kota on the North-South and East-West corridors. The project will be completed by L&T's construction division in 30 months.
