PLASTINDIA Foundation, the apex body of major associations, organisations and institutions in the plastics industry, will organise the next edition of PlastIndia in New Delhi.

The six-day exhibition would begin on February 9, 2006.

Announcing this at a road show here, Mr Mahesh Shah, President of the Foundation, said the expo would have 60,000 sq metres of space at Pragati Maidan, where over 1,000 exhibitors were expected to showcase their products, processes and services.

Messe Dusseldorf International GmbH would promote the expo in the European Union.

Mr Mahesh said the expo would a provide platform or a cross-section of stakeholders to share and disseminate latest information in the sector.
