MUMBAI: The Reserve Bank of India has cleared the appointment orders of Mr A. C. Mahajan and Mr P. L. Gairola as Executive Directors of Bank of India.

Mr Mahajan, who is currently the General Manager, Bank of India, has been appointed for five years. Mr Gairola's tenure is till his retirement in December 2008. He is currently the General Manager of Union Bank of India.
