ICAR management programme in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Dr S.P. Tiwari, Director of NAARM (National Academy of Agricultural Research Management) has said that management of change is necessary in order to cope with emerging needs and also to remain relevant.

He was addressing at the inaugural of ten-day programme on `Establishment and financial matters for administrative and accounts personnel of ICAR' at NAARM. About 40 administrative, finance and accounts personnel of ICAR took part in the programme.
