Intelenet in pact with European co

Mumbai , June 21

BPO service provider Intelenet Global Services Ltd is planning to increase its employee strength to 10,000 in the next two years and to 20,000 by 2009, according to the company's CEO, Mr Susir Kumar.

Intelenet has entered into a strategic tie-up with Transcom Worldwide S.A, a European customer relationship management company, to leverage the latter's client relationships in 24 countries and 40 languages across Europe, he added.

The two companies will cater to common clients through their respective centres connected to provide a single window for multi-lingual BPO services.
