Automobile testing facility near Chennai

THE Centre will create an automobile testing facility near Chennai.

This will be a major project that will attract huge investment both directly and indirectly, according to the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh.

This project will give a boost to the State's already developed automotive sector. "Let Tamil Nadu be a rival to Detroit in the future," said Dr Singh.
