CII meet in Tiruchi on power sector

THE Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Tiruchi Zone is organising an exhibition and conference on power sector and Tiruchi's capabilities in manufacturing power generating equipment.

According to a press release from the CII, the three-day exhibition, Energex 2005, starting September 23 at Tiruchi will feature boilers and boiler products, power plant accessories, windmill components, heavy fabrication components and renewable energy products.

The event will serve as a platform for entrepreneurs from major fabrication centres in the energy business to share and showcase their products and services.

Simultaneously, a two-day conference on September 24 and 25 will focus on trends and opportunities in the energy sector including non-conventional energy products.
