FII holding in TV 18

MUMBAI: Reserve Bank of India has notified that foreign institutional investors (FII), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) can invest in Television Eighteen Ltd under the portfolio investment scheme, through secondary market. A press release from RBI said the foreign investment in TV 18 has gone below the 24 per cent of its paid-up capital.
